Clients agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information necessary to complete the project
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Make payments as agreed upon
Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes
Delays in client feedback or provision of materials may impact timelines
A deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed
Final payment is due upon completion or delivery of final files
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Late payments may incur additional fees or project suspension
All fees are detailed in the official quote or invoice provided.
We typically include a set number of revisions as part of the project scope. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
Upon final payment, you will own the final approved design assets delivered as part of the project
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed
Working files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not included unless specifically stated in the contract
You may cancel the project at any time in writing. In such cases:
The deposit is non-refundable
Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly
We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to meet obligations or behaves inappropriately.
Fat Frog Branding & Design Studio shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
Loss of profits or data due to website downtime, third-party software issues, or misuse of delivered materials
We respect your confidential information and will not share any sensitive materials or communications without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
We may use or recommend third-party services (e.g., web hosting, stock images, fonts). We are not responsible for the performance or actions of these third parties.
